What Is Google Analytics? And How Set Up It?
When I started learning search engine optimization, I always felt a drawback was that how do I analyze my efforts after doing SEO ??? If you also encounter this problem, then with the help of this post, you can solve it.
To analyze SEO efforts, many aspects have to be considered.
- What is my website's Bounce Rate?
- Where are visitors coming from on the website? (Organically, Directly or from Referral Websites)
- What page do people read first?
- After reading which pages do people exit?
And there are many such questions ,, which we get answered in Google analytics.
Google Analytics is a very important tool for website owners and those who know how to use it properly can benefit a lot.
But Questin is What is Google Anylytics?
According to me, Google analytics is a platform that collects data and transforms it into useful reports.
With the help of Analytics, the website owner can take the information of all the visitors coming to his website.
So I would say that everyone should install analytics on their website.
Don't worry! It's easy to set up in 3 easy steps:
- Create a Google Analytics Account.
- Taking tracking code.
- Adding Analytics Tracking code to your website.
Let's start!!!
1. Go to Google analytics web page> https://www.google.com/analytics
Click Sign in.
2. Select the option of Analytics.
Select analytics option
3. Use the Gmail ID to sign up.
4. Fill in the information requested.
Account name, Website name, Website URL, Industry category
If you are in reporting time zone - India then select India. And then click on the Get Tracking ID button below.
5. Clicking on Get tracking ID will result in a pop-up. In that, select your country and click on I agree.
6. Now you will get the analytics code, which you copy.
7. Paste this code in your website before </head> (closing head tag).
And in this way Google Analytics will be set up in your website.
I hope in this way Google Analytics Setup Blogpost is completed. However, if you have any questions related to analytics, then you can ask in the comments.
